Adalmiina (E. S. 6-16-30)
Golden grapes that make a French Muscadet style wine. Hardy to -30 and good disease resistance. Zone 4 Trailing growth habit would work well on single high wire trellis.

Chardonel
A cross between Seyval and Chardonnay that makes an excellent white wine.  Zone 5 Semi-upright growth habit would work well on vertical shoot position trellis.

Chambourcin
Produces a highly rated red wine. Vines are productive and may require cluster thinning. Zone 6 Semi-upright growth habit, works well on vertical shoot position or single high wire trellis.

Concord 
A blue black dessert grape with slip skin and a fruity flavor. Zone 4 Trailing growth habit and vigorous works well on Geneva double curtain trellis.

Corot NoirTM 
Formerly (NY70.0809.10)
A 2006 release from Cornell Universities Geneva Experiment Station. A mid to late season red wine grape suitable for blending or production of varietal wines. It has deep red color with cherry and berry fruit aromas and a complete tannin structure

Must sign a Cornell/Grape Growers Agreement and pay a royalty of $.85 per plant for New York State and $1.05 per plant outside New York State is paid to Cornell Research Foundation. Zone 4 Semi-upright growth habit works well on single high wire or vertical shoot position trellis.

Espirit
A white cold hardy Elmer Swenson selection that makes a light fruity wine and can also be used as a dessert grape. Zone 4 Trailing growth habit, works well on single high wire.

Frontenac                
An early ripening, extremely winter hardy and disease-resistant variety that has been successfully used to make Port wines. Zone 3

Frontenac Gris
A natural variant of Frontenac which produces a white wine with peach flavor and tropical fruit undertones. A $.50 per plant royalty is payable to the University of Minnesota. Zone 3 Trailing growth habit, works well on single high wire trellis.

La Crosse

Marquette (MN 1211)
A new hardy red wine grape developed by the Minnesota Nursery Research Corporation with good disease resistance and excellent wine quality with deep color and cherry aromas. A $.50 per plant royalty is payable to the University of Minnesota. Zone 3

NoiretTM

Formerly (NY73.0136.17)
A 2006 release from Cornell Universities Geneva Experiment Station.  A mid-season red wine grape suitable for production of varietal wines.  The wine is richly colored with notes of green and black pepper along with raspberry, blackberry, and some mint aromas.  The tannin structure and the absence of any hybrid aromas strongly distinguish this selection from other red hybrid grapes.  Must sign a Cornell/Grape Growers Agreement and pay a royalty of $.85 per plant for New York State and $1.05 per plant outside New York State is paid to Cornell Research Foundation. Zone 4 Semi-upright growth habit, works well on single high wire or vertical shoot position trellis.

Norton (Cynthiana) 
A native North American variety, with good disease-resistance and cold hardiness, that makes an excellent full bodied red wine.
Zone 4 Trailing and vigorous growth habit, works well on Geneva double curtain trellis.

Prairie Star (E. S. 3-24-7)
An Elmer Swenson selection with excellent winter hardiness and makes a white wine with a floral nose and with good body and mouth feel. Zone 3 Semi-upright growth habit, would work well on vertical shoot position or single high wire trellis. 1yr $3.50 ea. <25 $6.00 ea.

Swenson White (Espirit X Edelweiss)
Vigorous plant with good hardiness -30 that hangs well like Vidal Blanc having potential for making icewine. Zone 4 Trailing growth habit, works well on single high wire trellis.

St. Croix

St. Pepin                
A Swenson cultvar and sibling of LaCrosse which is very cold hardy and makes a wine with Reisling characteristics. Needs cross pollination. Zone 4 Trailing growth habit, works well on single high wire trellis. 1yr $2.75 ea. <25 $6.00 ea.

Traminette  
Produces an excellent white wine with spicy quality.A Gewurztraminer hybrid that is much more winter hardy. Zone 5 Semi-upright growth habit, works well on vertical shoot position or single high wire trellis. 1yr $2.75 ea. <25 $6.00 ea.

Valvin MuscatTM  
Formerly (NY62.0122.01)
Grafted on Couderc 3309
A 2006 release from Cornell Universities Geneva Experiment Station.   A mid-season white wine grape with distinct muscat flavor and no objectionable bitterness.  It is suitable for production of highly aromatic  varietal wines or for blending purposes.  Must sign a Cornell/Grape Growers Agreement and pay a royalty of $.85 per plant for New York State and $1.05 per plant outside New York State is paid to Cornell Research Foundation. Vignoles 
A white variety that needs more dsease control attention, but makes a very high quality dry or dessert wine. Zone 5 Upright growth habit, works well on vertical shoot position trellis.  1yr heavy $2.25 ea. <25 $6.00 ea.

Marquis  
Formerly (NY64.0029.01) Has yellow-green large round berries that have a melting texture and are very flavorful. A  royalty of $.35 per plant in New York State and $.50 per plant outside New York State is paid to Cornell Research Foundation. Mars                      
A vigorous blue grape from the University of Arkansas with good cold hardiness and disease-resistance.
Zone 5 Trailing and vigorous growth habit, works well on Geneva double curtain trellis. 1yr heavy $3.00 ea.
 
Reliance
A red seedless variety from the University of Arkansas. Zone 5 Trailing growth habit, works well on single high wire trellis.

Vanessa                
A red dessert grape which is among the hardiest of seedless grapes. Zone 5 Trailing growth habit, works well on single high wire trellis. 1yr heavy $3.00 ea. 
 

Vinifera Varieties
Riesling
One of the more hardy white Vinifera varieties with a floral and apple aroma. Zone 6 Upright growth habit, works well on vertical shoot position trellis.

Cabernet Franc
